We guarantee all our work. Not because we have to, but because we want to stand behind what we do. Twelve months on repairs, longer on installations. Something goes wrong with our work, we come back and fix it without arguing about whose fault it was.

Every engineer we employ holds proper qualifications - Gas Safe registration, NVQ Level 2 or 3, public liability insurance. But qualifications are baseline stuff. What matters more is whether someone takes pride in their work, cleans up properly, and treats customers like actual human beings.

We don't subcontract. Everyone who shows up at your door is directly employed by us, trained to our standards, accountable to our reputation. You're not getting whoever answered their phone first that morning.

The parts we fit are quality brands we'd use in our own homes. We show you supplier invoices so you know we're not adding a 300% markup on a £15 component. Transparent pricing isn't complicated - just tell people what things actually cost.

We've completed over 3,000 jobs since opening. Some massive (complete house re-pipes), most pretty standard (fixing leaks, servicing boilers, unblocking drains). Every single one taught us something.
